1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
