Refund policy

From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 30 days to return your purchase for a full refund. 

To return your order, follow the steps below:

  • Complete the return form.
  • Repack the item(s) in its original packaging together with the return form.

If you have received the wrong item(s) or if your item(s) has arrived damaged, please contact us first at hello@thinkbluethebrand.com. Please also send us a photo and a description of the issue if there is something wrong with the product. 

If you wish to exchange your item(s), please return your unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order on https://thinkbluethebrand.com

The costs and responsibility for returning are on you. We recommend using a trackable method, since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges. 

Once item is received by Think Blue The Brand, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 3 working days. We will refund the money within 14 business days, by the same method you used to pay.

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging.  Think Blue The Brand reserves the right to refuse returned items, when the product(s) are worn, damaged or incomplete. You cannot return or exchange items that are custom made.

Please note that items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of thinkbluethebrand.com) will not be covered under Think Blue The Brand’s ‘Returns and Exchanges’ policy. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
