What metal is used for your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from recycled 925 Real Sterling Silver. Each of our gold plated pieces is finished with a 1 micron plating.
Where are your jewelry made?
Our jewelry is designed in The Netherlands and crafted in Bali, Thailand, and Turkey. We collaborate with jewelry manufacturers that prioritize sustainability and ethics.
What is the mission of Think Blue The Brand?
It's really important for us to build lasting relationships with our customers by providing exceptional customer service and using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship to create meaningful pieces.

Shipping and Delivery
What are the Shipping costs and Delivery time?
We aim to dispatch the orders in The Netherlands in 1-3 working days, except for weekends. For festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3-5 days in these cases. Delivery time and costs for shipping outside The Netherlands differ per country, see below. Please note that these delivery times are expected delivery times.
We ship our deliveries as a mailbox by PostNL with a Track & Trace code, that allows you to trace your order. Orders outside the Netherlands will be sent as a registered package, so to receive your package a signature is required.

How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a track & trace number. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few hours to update.
Do the shipping costs include customs, duties and/or taxes?
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any added duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Jewelry Care
How can I clean my gold plated jewelry?
When you take off your jewelry, make it a daily habit to clean it using a soft cloth. Just remember not to put too much pressure while rubbing to prevent any harm to the gold plating.
If your jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water. Allow the item to soak for a short period. If you need more cleaning, use a gentle soft-bristled brush.
Dry your jewelry thoroughly by gently dabbing with a soft cloth.
How to store my jewelry?
Storing gold-plated jewelry requires gentle care. Keep it away from moisture, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a soft pouch or a jewelry box with individual compartments to prevent scratching or tarnishing. Avoid exposing it to air for extended periods as this can cause oxidation. Additionally, consider cleaning your jewelry before storage to remove any oils or residues that might damage the plating over time.
Can I shower with my gold plated jewelry?
To ensure the longevity of our gold-plated jewelry, it is recommended to limit exposure to water, particularly when using chemicals such as cleaning products, lotions or perfumes. Also avoid swimming in a pool or saltwater.
Does gold-plated jewelry wear off or fade?
After a period of regular use the gold color might start to wear off or fade, ranging from several months to a few years. This depends on how you take care of your jewelry and also on the pH value of your skin.
However, regular maintenance, gentle cleaning, and avoiding harsh conditions can help preserve and extend the appearance of gold-plated jewelry for a longer time.

What is your Return Policy?
From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 30 days to return your purchase for a full refund.
To return your order, follow the steps below:
- Complete the return form.
- Repack the item(s) in its original packaging together with the return form.

The costs and responsibility for returning are on you. We recommend using a trackable method, since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging. Think Blue The Brand reserves the right to refuse returned items, when the product(s) are worn, damaged or incomplete. You cannot return or exchange items that are custom made.

Kindly remember: it is important to retain both the boxes along with their shipping labels and packaging. In case of any issues, you may also be requested to provide photographic proof. In case of a defective or wrong item, we will of course cover the costs for the return.
